My wife’s brother, Carlos, had recently retired. He and his wife were excited to embark on this new chapter of their lives. We were looking forward to spending time with them since part of their plan was to move closer to us. However, their journey took an unexpected turn when Carlos was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, and just five weeks later, he passed away.
In the aftermath, his wife found herself grappling with a multitude of challenges. The emotional toll of losing her husband was compounded by the urgent need to navigate funeral arrangements, financial decisions, and the day-to-day management of their household. The overwhelming burden extended to dealing with government agencies and insurance companies, demanding specific documents that seemed elusive. Simultaneously, she faced the daunting task of handling bills and accessing online accounts, each with its own set of usernames and passwords, adding frustration to an already difficult situation.
It was in the midst of this chaos that the vision of Keep It Saved took on even greater significance – “Securing a Family’s Legacy.” The aim is to alleviate the burden on individuals and families by providing a platform that enables designated individuals to access critical data seamlessly. The vision is clear: helping people keep their data readily available, organized, and up-to-date, ensuring a smoother journey through life’s unexpected twists and turns.
